Our Terms
You are expected to pay a non-refundable registration sum of ₦3,000 only. You must fund your wallet before 11:59pm every Friday if you are paying every week. If you fail to fund your wallet before 11:59 on a Particular Friday, it will attract a 50% fine.
Every member must introduce at least one person under a particular account to enjoy the referral bonus. Uploading of fake proof of payment will lead to cancellation of such account. Every account must contribute for 50 weeks without default before it can be entitled for interest. Termination of account attracts a termination fine of ₦5,000.
Every member is advised to provide a trusted next of kin, that will get his or her contribution refund in case the member dies. Acious capital canvas will not pay a dead member any interest benefit if the member dies before his or her 50 weeks thrift maturity date. Acious capital canvas contribution interest is after 50 wks.
After making payment for your registration, you have 48hrs to credit your wallet for your contribution payment or else your account will be deactivated and you will have to pay another registration money to activate your account. Note that any mistake made during your registration is at your cost, Acious capital canvas will not be held responsible for any of such mistakes.
Any payment made in the name of Acious capital canvas, that is not confirmed will require further investigation from the depositor which will require the depositor providing his or her statement of account and any other information that will be required by Acious capital canvas to further investigate the transaction.
All manually uploaded transaction for wallet funding will take within 24 - 48 hours before the wallet will be funded. Any account with 4 weeks+ defaults will be suspended. You are expected to pay a clearance fee of ₦2,000 only before you can be eligible for withdrawal.
DISCLAIMER:
The company has the exclusive right to review any reviews regarding the interest benefit or any other benefit provided to members. Depending on the organization's decision, this might go either way and can happen whenever the corporation decides to conduct such reviews.

This privacy policy outlines the functioning of the Acious Capital Canvas product. The Acious capital canvas, a distinct offering from Acious Finance and Investment Cooperative Society Limited, is an online, mobile-optimized, self-managed thrift program that mandates weekly contributions.
This program is set to operate in cycles of 50 weeks, culminating in a maturity period for withdrawals, with each 50-week cycle earning an interest of 10% on any selected plan.
Please be aware that signing up for any new plan requires a FRESH registration fee of ₦3000. 00 (three thousand naira only) and you are free to sign up as many account as you can fund to gain more interest.
The method of registration is not mandatory; you have the choice to either pay for your registration prior to beginning your thrift journey or to settle the payment once you have finished your 50 weeks circle.
Please also be aware that once you complete the registration and activate your account, it is necessary to submit all pertinent information about yourself, including your NIN and bank account details for the transactions that will be conducted.
Make certain that accurate information is provided during the registration process. Neither the company nor its representatives will assume responsibility for any mistakes occurring post-registration. Once submitted, no corrections can be made. A penalty of ₦1,000 (One thousand naira only) will be imposed for any errors associated with each account.
- Please make sure to choose a thrift plan that you can handle, as failing to do so will result in a charge of ₦1,000 of the weekly plan PER ACCOUNT for the week in which the default occurs.
- Submitting fraudulent evidence of payment may result in account suspension or complete de-registration.
- All accounts receive funding via the account wallet of the user.
- All wallet accounts need to be funded on/ before every Friday at 12:00 am. Any funding after this time will result in a default as the wallet does not receive funding on Saturday and Sundays.
- Transferring accounts is prohibited.
- Payments are completed through the designated bank accounts at the time of maturity.
- In the event of a death, it is necessary for the next of kin to provide credible proof.
- To allow Admin officers to address them, all concerns must be submitted via the WhatsApp platform.
- Two weeks of weekly thrift are required after registration.
- If a transaction to your wallet account is unsuccessful, promptly reach out to your bank to address the issue before Friday to prevent any default fees.
- It is recommended to avoid using POS for transferring funds into your wallet. Nonetheless, if you opt for a money transfer via POS to your wallet account, it is crucial that the narration includes your complete name, as Acious Capital Canvas or its representatives will bear no responsibility otherwise.
